Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with our software, and our refund policy reflects our commitment to that.

  1. If you wish to cancel your subscription at any point before you are billed for your next monthly or annual payment, simply cancel on our website or email us at info@gladiusapp.com to cancel your subscription.
  2. If you are not happy with Gladius and want a refund for a payment you have already made, simply email us within 30 days of that payment at info@gladiusapp.com and we’ll provide you a with a full refund for that payment, and cancel any future payments that are scheduled.
  3. After 30 days have elapsed since a payment, we do not offer refunds for either monthly or annual subscriptions.
