Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with our software, and our refund policy reflects our commitment to that.
- If you wish to cancel your subscription at any point before you are billed for your next monthly or annual payment, simply cancel on our website or email us at info@gladiusapp.com to cancel your subscription.
- If you are not happy with Gladius and want a refund for a payment you have already made, simply email us within 30 days of that payment at info@gladiusapp.com and we’ll provide you a with a full refund for that payment, and cancel any future payments that are scheduled.
- After 30 days have elapsed since a payment, we do not offer refunds for either monthly or annual subscriptions.
